Competenze

• DGNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM certification.
• 0 to 5 years bedside clinical or ICU/emergency experience.
• Good communication, decision-making abilities, and professional attitude for unsupervised home care.

• Clinical Monitoring: Check and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and SpO2 levels.
• Patient Care & Treatments: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and perform wound dressings or basic nursing tasks.
• Advanced Care: Manage adult or infant care, including critical cases such as tracheostomy, ventilator support, ICU/PICU/NICU needs.
• Daily Assistance: Help patients with personal hygiene, bed baths, diaper changes, and feeding support.
