Job summary

Talent Grade is seeking a compassionate Home Care Helper to assist elderly and other patients in Bengaluru. You will support daily activities, personal care, mobility, and nutrition while ensuring comfort and safety in home settings.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a trustworthy, patient attitude. Immediate joiners preferred for home-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home healthcare preferred.
• GDA/ANM/GNM/Nursing Assistant qualifications may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy attitude.
• Willing to work in home-care settings.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly and home-care patients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Support mobility and daily activities; help with walking and repositioning.
• Assist with feeding and monitor nutrition per instructions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Give medication reminders as instructed.
• Maintain hygiene around the care area.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Support bedridden and post-hospitalization patients.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and patient-care protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients and individuals requiring home care.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care activities.
• Support patients with walking, mobility, repositioning, and daily activities.
• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition as instructed by the family or healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with medication reminders as instructed.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness around the patients immediate care area.
• Monitor the patient’s general condition and report any changes to the family or supervisor.
• Support bedridden and post-hospitalization patients with their daily care needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home healthcare preferred.
• Candidates with GDA, ANM, GNM, Nursing Assistant, or relevant healthcare experience may be considered.
