Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Licensed RNs with prior experience as Nurse Educators, Nurse Coordinators, Clinical Instructors, Patient Care Coordinators, Compliance Coordinators, or Healthcare Recruiters who want to work in the US healthcare staffing domain. This role requires strong communication, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to handle both candidate-facing and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and placement of nurses across US healthcare facilities.
• Work with Travel Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Healthcare professionals.
• Review and verify licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Manage healthcare compliance including BLS, ACLS, PALS, RN License Verification, TB, Vaccination, Background Check.
• Support nurse recruitment, submissions, and onboarding.
• Educate candidates regarding contracts, compliance, and facility requirements.
• Handle nurse documentation, credentialing, and assignment coordination.
• Maintain ATS/CRM records and candidate communication.
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and compliance teams.
• Support both front-end (candidate coordination) and back-end (documentation/compliance) operations.

Eligibility

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Prior experience as: Nurse Educator, Nurse Coordinator, Clinical Trainer, Compliance Specialist, Credentialing Specialist, Healthcare Recruiter.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
