• Service excellence - upkeep and maintain high standards with respect to infrastructure, equipment and support system.
• Clinical competencies - Continuous learning to update skills to guide supervise assigned nurse.
• Take a leadership role in the discussion of professional nursing issues within the team.
• Influence the development of computerized clinical data.
• Ensure effective communication channels within the nursing team.
