Job summary

Vidpro Consultancy Services is seeking a patient-focused Junior Nurse to support clinical operations on the consultation floor, performing phlebotomy, vitals, and preparing members for doctor consultations.

You will work closely with doctors to ensure smooth consultations and deliver a calm, reassuring experience for members, handling blood draws and basic clinical tasks while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• GNM / BSc Nursing qualification.
• 2–5 years of clinical or hospital experience.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and basic nursing procedures.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• 8-12 years of clinical experience (ICU / cardiac / functional diagnostics preferred) with hands-on ECG, ABI, PFT or similar diagnostics.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a patient-focused Junior Nurse to support clinical operations on the consultation floor. This role is the first clinical touchpoint for most members, handling phlebotomy, basic vitals, and preparing members for doctor consultations.

You will work closely with doctors to ensure smooth consultations while delivering a calm, reassuring experience for members.

What You’ll Do

Perform Phlebotomy & Basic Clinical Tasks

• Conduct blood draws and sample collection with accuracy and care
• Record vitals such as BP, temperature, and basic health parameters

Prepare Members for Consultation

• Guide and prepare members before doctor interactions
• Ensure all required information and samples are ready

Assist Doctors During Consults

• Support doctors during examinations and procedures
• Ensure smooth flow and timely closure of consultations

Ensure Patient Comfort & Experience

• Handle members with empathy, especially during procedures like blood draw
• Create a calm and reassuring clinical environment

Maintain Clinical Hygiene & Protocols

• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms

Support End-to-End Consultation Flow

• Help complete patient interactions and close consultations efficiently
• Coordinate with other teams for seamless experience

Skills & Qualification
