Job summary

AGCO in Pune, India, is hiring a NPI Project Manager to coordinate global NPI programs and deployment activities. This onsite permanent role focuses on process governance, stakeholder collaboration, and user adoption through training and campaigns.

Ideal candidates will manage dashboards, KPIs, and data analysis to drive decision-making, with strong communication and change management skills and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency including Power BI and Power Automate.

  • Strong communication, training materials, workshops, and user adoption experience.
  • Ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide management reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint; Power BI and Power Automate preferred.

The NPI Program & Deployment Coordinator supports the Global NPI Program Manager in driving cross-functional NPI initiatives, process governance, deployment activities, and user adoption across AGCO. This role serves as a key facilitator between Project Leaders, Business Partners, and functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful execution of NPI-related processes and tools. The position combines project coordination, change management, communication, and continuous improvement activities to enhance the overall NPI user experience and program effectiveness. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a passion for collaboration, and an interest in digital communication, visualization, and user-centric design. Experience with data analytics, reporting, and process optimization is considered a strong advantage.

Your Impact

Coordinate and support global NPI programs and deployment activities by ensuring alignment between Project Leaders, Business Partners, and functional teams.

Drive process governance and continuous improvement of NPI workflows, tools, and associated business processes.

Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption through training, awareness campaigns, and deployment support.

Monitor program performance and provide reporting using dashboards, KPIs, and data analysis to support decision-making.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and deployment readiness by organizing workshops, testing sessions, simulation activities, and validation reviews.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders across different departments.

Process Improvement & Governance: Ability to manage, document, optimize, and standardize business processes and workflows.

Strong Communication & Change Management Skills: Experience creating communications, training materials, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide management reporting.

Advanced Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and preferably Power BI and Power Automate.
