Job summary

JobItUs in Vapi seeks an NPD Engineer to drive new product development from concept to production. You will lead CAD drawings, component design, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and QA.

The role involves prototyping, testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance while managing timelines and budgets for cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in NPD/engineering roles.
• Hands-on CAD and drawing preparation experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality assurance.
• Create and review engineering documentation and specifications.
