Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with business leaders, drive hiring strategies, and build strong candidate experiences across functions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

The role requires an MBA (HR), excellent communication, and analytical thinking to forecast staffing needs, optimize sourcing channels, and coach peers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcomes and generate results.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Preparation of recruitment dashboards
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels and build pipeline through active and passive sourcing
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey and ensure needs are met
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions reflect position requirements
• Engage in candidate fitment based on internal parity
• Offer negotiation (verbal) and sending formal offer letter
• Keep candidates warm with engagement until joining and ensure best candidate experience
• Leverage the pipeline from past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition

• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process
