Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions is seeking a Node.js engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services for enterprise SaaS and e-commerce platforms. You will build REST and GraphQL APIs, integrate with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, and implement secure auth and CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure high performance and reliability across India and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize server-side Node.js applications with a focus on scalability, latency, and fault tolerance.
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations with SLA adherence.
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, plus Redis for high-throughput data access.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps to troubleshoot production issues and improve observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Follow secure coding practices, implement JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and enforce rate limiting and input sanitization.
