We are seeking a Node.js/ React.js Full Stack Engineer at the Lead level to join our team in Indore, India.

Responsibilities

• Write, deploy, and maintain performant and secure code.
• Improve business processes for AgileEngine and clients.
• Initiate projects from scratch, defining architecture and strategies.
• Enhance code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.

Must Have

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Node.js and related frameworks.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience starting projects from scratch.
• Understanding of Design Patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
