We are seeking an experienced NOC Senior Engineer to support 24x7 operations, major incident management, cloud infrastructure support, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a senior hands‑on role responsible for advanced technical troubleshooting, L3 escalations, proactive monitoring, automation, and ensuring the reliability and availability of critical production systems across cloud, infrastructure, and platform environments.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced NOC Senior Engineer to support 24x7 operations, major incident management, cloud infrastructure support, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a senior hands‑on role responsible for advanced technical troubleshooting, L3 escalations, proactive monitoring, automation, and ensuring the reliability and availability of critical production systems across cloud, infrastructure, and platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the L3 technical escalation point and senior authority for P1/P2 incidents.
• Lead incident triage, stabilization, recovery efforts, and operational restoration during major outages.
• Collaborate with Major Incident Managers, Operations teams, and engineering stakeholders during critical incidents.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, MTTR, and MTTA targets.
• Support and execute incident command processes, escalation control, and stakeholder communication.
• Own proactive monitoring effectiveness across infrastructure, cloud, and platform services.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools, including Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Manage AWS operational environments including EC2, VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, EKS, and RDS.
• Support Azure operations, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics environments.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments.
• Support Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, containerized workloads, and platform reliability.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Participate in RCA reviews, Problem Management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze alert noise, optimize monitoring thresholds, and improve operational visibility.
• Mentor NOC Engineers and provide technical leadership during assigned shifts.
• Ensure operational continuity through structured shift handovers and follow‑the-sun support models.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in NOC Operations, SRE, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Production Support environments.
• Strong experience handling P1/P2 incidents and serving as an advanced technical escalation point.
• Hands‑on operational experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience supporting Azure infrastructure and services.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Splunk and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), containerized environments, and cloud‑native operations.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Security Groups, and Connectivity Troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent ITSM platforms.
• Automation and scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in 24x7 operational environments with rotational shift models.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Site24x7.
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Git, Rundeck, and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding IAM, cloud security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security incident response.
• Exposure to SRE principles, observability engineering, and reliability practices.
• Experience in Healthcare Technology environments.
• HIPAA awareness and compliance knowledge.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
