Job summary

ZYBISYS CONSULTING SERVICES LLP in Bengaluru seeks an L3 NOC Engineer – Network & Voice to troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize complex Cisco-based networks and voice platforms. The role requires servicing high-availability network infrastructure with robust firewall policies and SIP integration.

Strong experience in Cisco routing/switching, Nexus, BGP/OSPF, QoS, and VoIP is required. Cisco CUCM, NAT, VPN, and firewall management are key competencies for this position.

Qualifications

• Extensive Cisco routing and switching expertise required.
• Hands-on firewall experience (Cisco and Check Point) and VoIP/SIP knowledge.
• Experience with data-center Nexus switches and network security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA for network, firewall, and voice incidents.
• Configure and manage Cisco routing, switching, and firewall solutions.
• Manage and optimize Cisco firewall and Check Point firewall policies and security.
• Handle SIP routing, voice call flows, and integration with Cisco voice platforms.
• Implement network, firewall, and voice changes and upgrades.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments.
• Guide L2 engineers and handle escalations.

We are looking for an L3 NOC Engineer – Network & Voice with strong expertise in Cisconetworking, firewalls, and VoIP technologies. The role involves advanced troubleshooting,managing network and voice infrastructure, implementing upgrades and optimizations, handlingcritical escalations, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance across theenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA for network, firewall, and voice issues.
• Configure and manage Cisco routing, switching (including Nexus), and firewall solutions.
• Manage and optimize Cisco firewall and Check Point firewall policies and security.
• Handle SIP routing, voice call flows, and integration with Cisco voice platforms.
• Implement network, firewall, and voice changes, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across network and voiceenvironments.
• Guide L2 engineers and handle escalations.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and Cisco Nexus (data center switching).
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.) and QoS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco firewall and Check Point firewall configuration andtroubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Cisco Voice / VoIP technologies (SIP, CUCM, gateways, SIP routers).
• Knowledge of NAT, VPN, security policies, and voice traffic optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network, firewall, and voice issues end-to-end.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CCNP (Enterprise / Security / Collaboration)
• Cisco Security / Collaboration certifications (added advantage)
