Responsibilities:

Design and develop, effective, and unambiguous LLM / RAG based NLP systems, taking into account user intent, context, and domain knowledge

Implement and optimize prompt engineering, chaining techniques and agentic workflows for enhancing language model outputs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to develop the best user experiences

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback in order to continuously improve model output

Stay updated on industry trends, new models and techniques, and best practices in AI, NLP

Develop and keep up-to-date engineering documentation, including guidelines, best practices, and utilization examples

Contribute to the process of quality assurance and devops by identifying and resolving issues to ensure model effectiveness and user satisfaction at scale

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology with a focus on language processing

4+ years of experience in NLP and relevant projects with strong working proficiency in Python

Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques

Experience working with OpenAI or other open-source large language models (LLMs) is highly desirable

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
