Job summary

HubBroker IT Solutions Private Limited in Ahmadabad is hiring an AI/ML Developer to build NLP and ML solutions for text data. You will train and fine-tune transformer models, develop chatbots, semantic search, and summarization pipelines, and integrate models with internal APIs.

You will work with Python, NLP libraries, and modern ML frameworks, applying prompt engineering, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, DS or related field.
• Strong Python programming and data structures knowledge.
• Basic ML concepts incl. supervised/unsupervised learning, model eval, overfitting, feature engineering.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts: preprocessing, tokenization, stemming/lemmatization, NER, sentiment analysis, IE, embeddings.
• Experience with ML/NLP libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, NLTK/spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
