Job summary

Shaadi.com is seeking an International Service Team Leader to guide our VIP NRI customers and ensure they find their perfect match. You will lead the international voice queue for VIP customers and maintain service excellence during a fixed night shift.

This role requires 2–7 years in customer service, mandatory international process experience, and proven team handling skills. Immediate joining is expected.
