Job summary

Secure Minds is seeking an Implementation Specialist for NICE CXone IVA to design and implement IVA workflows using CXone Studio. You will configure IVR and ACD routing, building omnichannel experiences across voice, chat, email and SMS.

You will integrate CXone with CRMs via APIs and connectors, lead end-to-end projects from requirements through testing and deployment, and provide ongoing optimization and support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing IVA workflows in NICE CXone Studio.
• Ability to configure IVR, ACD and routing for omnichannel delivery.
• Experience integrating CXone with CRMs via APIs/connectors.
• Lead projects through requirements, design, testing and deployment.
