Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Nice CXOne developer to join our CXCRM team. The role focuses on Studio development for Voice, IVR and multi-channel routing, with emphasis on configuring agents, skills, campaigns, workflow data items and analytics.

We are seeking professionals with 4 to 12 years of hands-on CXOne experience, capable of designing and debugging routing solutions, integrating Salesforce where relevant, and delivering robust reports while collaborating across teams in a hybrid India-based

Qualifications

• 4 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Nice CXOne Studio and Voice/IVR multi-channel.
• Good understanding of routing, analytics, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Studio development experience in Nice CXOne (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel).
• Configure agents, skills, campaigns, HOOP, workflow data items.
• Design and understand reports and dashboards.
• Develop and debug routing solutions using Nice CXOne and CXOne Studio.
• Work with Nice Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.
• Knowledge of Nice CXOne Analytics and Interactions.
• Architect routing design and development for customers.
• Troubleshoot routing issues in production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce integration will be added advantage.
• Auto Attendant creation and Setup.
• Good understanding of Digital channel.
