Finastra in Pune is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to strengthen our NFT platform. You will design, implement, and run performance, load, and stress tests for enterprise SaaS and on‑premise systems, aiming to ensure reliability under heavy usage.

You will script in Java/Scala/Python, build automated NFT pipelines on Jenkins, and monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, collaborating with development and infra teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in performance testing/engineering.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and Gatling.
• Experience with Jenkins automation and Python/Scala/Java scripting.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication; experience with enterprise SaaS and on-premise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise SaaS and on-premises environments, with a passion for optimizing system performance and ensuring reliability under load.
