Job Description –
1. Lead NPI/NPS Organization Fully responsible for defining, developing, and executing NPI/NPS processes. Establish clear governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure seamless transition from prototype to mass production.
2. Engineer Supervision & Coaching Supervise, equip, and mentor NPI Engineers to ensure consistency in execution and performance. Drive accountability for meeting NPI goals and timelines.
3. Training Needs Analysis Identify skill gaps and training requirements for NPI Engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with the Training Department to align technical training with the site’s technology roadmap.
4. Performance Management Conduct performance appraisals, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop improvement plans to meet departmental goals.
5. Knowledge Sharing Ensure best practices, continuous improvements, and lessons learned are documented and shared across NPI teams to build organizational knowledge. Additional Responsibilities
