PCBL Ltd. is seeking a visionary Head - Program & Product Management to lead the identification, development, evaluation, qualification, and commercialization of advanced battery materials for next-generation Li-ion cells.

You will interface with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and partners to ensure deployment of innovative materials. The role focuses on silicon anodes, conductive additives, binders, electrolytes, cathode materials, and other chemistries to boost energy density,

Role Purpose

To lead the identification, development, evaluation, qualification, and commercialization of advanced battery materials for next-generation lithium-ion cell technologies. The role will drive strategic programs focused on silicon-based anode materials, conductive additives, binders, electrolytes, cathode materials, and other emerging chemistries to enhance battery energy density, cycle life, fast-charging capability, safety, and cost competitiveness. The incumbent will act as the interface between R&D, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and technology partners to ensure successful development and deployment of advanced battery materials.
