Job summary

KS Reliable Hr Services in Delhi is hiring for a senior NPD leader to drive end-to-end development of appliances, from concept to mass production. You will coordinate R&D teams, design prototypes, and ensure products meet cost targets and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 12–18 years in NPD for consumer appliances, a strong track record of launching products, and deep expertise in tooling, value engineering, and project management. A B.Tech or M.Tech degree is required.
