Olyx Global Hr is seeking a New Product Development Manager based in Mumbai for a leading cosmetics, beauty & personal care products company. The candidate should have 5+ years of NPD management experience, including vendor management and new product initiatives in the beauty segment.

Role focuses on strategic product development and managing multiple product categories across cosmetics and perfumery. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as NPD manager in cosmetics/ FMCG.
• Experience managing vendors and new product development in the beauty segment.
