Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neurologist to join our medical team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and long‑term management of patients with neurological disorders involving the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles.

This role includes providing outpatient consultations, delivering expert inpatient care, conducting neurological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and high‑quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of neurological diseases such as stroke, epilepsy, neuropathies, movement disorders, migraine, and neurodegenerative conditions.
• Provide OPD consultations and attend inpatient referrals while ensuring accurate clinical evaluations and timely management.
• Perform and interpret neurological diagnostic tests, including EEG, EMG, NCV, and imaging‑supported assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and other allied healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and NMC guidelines.
• Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and ongoing medical education activities.

Candidate Requirements

• DM or DNB in Neurology from a recognized institution.
• Valid NMC registration is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience as a Neurologist (post-degree).
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic ability, and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical environment.
