Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical disorders.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Evaluate emergency neurosurgical cases and provide timely intervention.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, anesthetists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care.
• Review and interpret relevant investigations, including CT and MRI scans.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records and surgical documentation.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient-safety standards.
• Counsel patients and their relatives regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, and expected outcomes.
