Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an Onsite Networking (Aruba) Solution Architect—AI/ML to join the DEA team in India. You will work with Aruba, Juniper, and related technologies to design AI-driven analytics for network operations, using Power BI/Tableau and Salesforce to visualize trends and enhance support outcomes.

The role emphasizes machine learning, data engineering, and automation to reduce resolution times and improve customer experiences, while collaborating with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, networking, or a closely related discipline.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in network engineering, support operations, AI and machine learning, or a related technical field.
• Possesses Aruba and/or Juniper certifications with deep expertise in routing, switching, security, wireless, and SD‑WAN solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with HPE Networking products including Juniper, Aruba, and related technologies.
• Analyze and structure data to generate actionable insights for network operations.
• Apply ML, AI, and automation to improve support operations and customer outcomes.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, translating requirements into code and workflows.
• Document installation and maintenance procedures, perform testing and monitoring of performance metrics.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline support workflows and reduce manual effort.

What You'll Do:

• Works hands-on with HPE Networking products including Juniper, Aruba, and related technologies.
• Supports network operations by analysing and structuring both structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Applies machine learning, statistical modelling, AI, and automation techniques to improve support operations, data quality, operational accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Develops descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions, translating technical requirements into working code, algorithms, and automated workflows.
• Documents installation and maintenance procedures, performs testing and debugging, and defines and monitors performance metrics.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of HPE support processes, including case management, RMA handling, incident management, SLA compliance, escalation management, and case closure. Leverages this expertise to identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual effort, accelerate response times, proactively identify issues, streamline support workflows, and enhance customer experience.
• Apply machine learning, AI, statistical modelling, and analytical techniques to network performance data, support case trends, and operational metrics across HPE Networking solutions, including Aruba, Juniper, and related technologies. Predict issues, prioritize cases, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights that improve support efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes while developing practical, scalable solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline support workflows, accelerate issue diagnosis, and improve decision‑making across support operations. Use Salesforce to manage and analyse support processes, and Power BI and Tableau to visualise performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to engineering teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.

What You Need To Bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, networking, or a closely related discipline.
• Typically 6 - 10 years of experience in network engineering, support operations, AI and machine learning, or a related technical field. Possesses one or more Aruba and/or Juniper certifications, with deep expertise in routing, switching, security, wireless, and SD‑WAN solutions, including Juniper MX, PTX, QFX, and ACX platforms, and Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, Silver Peak, and other HPE Networking products.
