WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching platforms
• Support and maintain firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and software upgrades
• Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG‑IP solutions, including LTM and GTM
• Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including access points, controllers, and authentication services
• Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution in a production, high‑availability environment
• Participate in a 24x7 support model, including on‑call rotations as required
• Implement and support network automation using tools such as Python, Ansible, and vendor APIs
• Monitor network performance and capacity, proactively identifying and remediating issues
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and change management activities
• Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to support business initiatives
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

WHAT’S REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support or engineering roles
• Strong understanding of wireless networking, including 802.11 standards and RF fundamentals
• Experience with network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security principles
• Experience supporting production, high‑availability enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
