Job summary

Coforge in Delhi seeks a network operations professional to monitor and manage enterprise LAN and Data Center infrastructure, handle incidents, troubleshoot devices, and support SDN/SDA environments.

The role requires a strong foundation in CS/IT/ECE with relevant IT education and an emphasis on security events, performance, and SLA adherence. Based in Delhi, it is a full-time position with Coforge and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma as listed: CS/IT/ECE specializations.
• Strong foundation in computer networks and IT fundamentals.
• Relevant IT education aligned with networking roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise LAN and Data Center network infrastructure.
• Handle network incidents, alarms, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot access and distribution switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.
• Support SDN/SDA-based network environments.
• Perform basic network configuration, device health checks, and documentation.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams as required.
• Support SOC operations, security event monitoring, and incident handling.
• Work with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and security guidelines.
