Job summary

Sopra Steria in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced network professional to design, implement and maintain enterprise routing, switching and wireless infrastructure across large-scale environments. The role focuses on Aruba ClearPass NAC, 802.1X security, and ensuring reliable connectivity.

You will troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks, coordinate with OEMs and ISPs, and drive network upgrades and documentation to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering.
• 06–09 years of total experience in networking.
• Experience with enterprise Routing & Switching and Wireless infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Routing & Switching and Wireless infrastructure.
• Configure Aruba/HP switches, Wireless Controllers, and APs across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, DHCP/DNS and network performance.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and optimization.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex network incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and ISPs for network-related issues.

Primary Skills

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Routing & Switching and Wireless infrastructure.


• Manage and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass / CPPM (NAC), including 802.1X, RADIUS, authentication, and network access policies.


• Configure and support Aruba/HP switches, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points across enterprise environments.


• Troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity, VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and network performance issues.


• Support network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and infrastructure optimization.


• Perform root-cause analysis for complex and recurring network incidents.


• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and ISPs for network-related issues and activities.


• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco.


• Knowledge of NAT, VPN/IPsec, HA, and firewall security policies.


• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Aruba, or ClearPass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
