Job summary

NuSummit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-country APAC Network Refresh program involving Cisco and Arista infrastructure modernization. The Project Manager will be responsible for governance, stakeholder management, deployment planning, RAID management, maintenance window coordination, executive reporting, and successful delivery of multiple migration waves.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years managing large Network/Data Center transformation projects.
• Experience leading global infrastructure deployments.
• Strong governance and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and maintenance window execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and stakeholder management across multi-country APAC network upgrade.
• Plan resources, capacity, and risk-based deployment sequencing.
• Manage delivery milestones and monitor key performance indicators.
• Coordinate change management including CAB approvals and production changes.
• Maintain RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues) with timely mitigations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/project health, closure, and rollout reports.
• Develop runbooks, migration tracker, and fleet execution tracker.
