Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Network Engineer to provide L2 support for enterprise LAN, WAN and Wireless networks, troubleshooting incidents and maintaining network health. The role includes admin of Cisco ISE for authentication and access control, and configuring VLANs, STP, trunking and routing protocols.

The candidate will follow ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management and coordinate with L3 teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications
