Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited invites applications for Network Operations & Support L2. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and deep expertise in data centre infrastructure, network technologies, and security controls.

The candidate will work closely with global teams to administer and troubleshoot core networking platforms and SD-WAN architectures. Applicants should be proficient with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and hands-on with firewalls, proxies, IPS, and VPN

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in networking and data center operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting network platforms.
• Knowledge of security technologies and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Hands-on troubleshooting using packet captures (TCP dumps/PCAP).
