Job summary

Versent Systems in Delhi, India seeks a seasoned Network Operations Specialist to monitor performance, handle routine maintenance, and assist with upgrades. The role requires on-call participation and solid knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint, and NetScaler technologies.

You will document issues, support outages, and help ensure security and compliance across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in the field, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with cloud

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication is required.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software (Cisco/Checkpoint/NetScaler).
• 3+ years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure global enterprise support.
• Proficiency in cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with backup solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS, AD, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Experience with backup solutions in anenterprise environment
• Basic knowledge about Microsoft Server OperatingSystems and good understanding of Active Directory and DNS services

Tools and Technical stack:

• CCNP-level practical experience with WirelessLAN and Network Management
• Checkpoint Firewall Management Knowledge
• VPN troubleshooting experience (Checkpoint,Citrix NetScaler).
