• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) to support global services delivery.
• Server administration experience (Windows and/or Linux) and DNS concepts.
• Experience with Bluecat DNS and virtualization/cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• - Technical Proficiency: Broad knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure. Experience with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) is required to support GNS initiatives. Knowledge & skills in server administration (Windows and/or Linux) and Bluecat/DNS concepts and familiarity with virtualization or cloud computing environments.
• - Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating tasks and managing configurations. Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines) is highly valued, as it aligns with our drive toward automated platform management.
• - Strong Vulnerability Remediation background- Patching, Assessments, must understand all aspects of network from perimeter to interior systems.
• - Advanced experience supporting and troubleshooting Firewalls, Palo Alto L5s
• - Sound familiarity with Cloud Network Architecture
• - Cisco Switching, Routing and Voice knowledge
• - Must have experience with Strata Cloud Manager (SCM)
