Job description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Network Engineering Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
