Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable networks across global operations. You will push automation, strengthen cloud networking, and implement next-generation security in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network solutions across our global enterprise, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environment.
• Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.
• Enhance our network security posture by implementing modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next‑generation firewalls.
• Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top‑tier escalation point for complex network incidents. Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional IT teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure.
