Job summary

Weaddo is hiring a Network Support Engineer to configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls at Pan India client sites. The role covers LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP with emphasis on security and reliable connectivity.

The candidate will provide L1/L2 IT support, assist with servers and endpoint protection, and maintain asset inventories in alignment with client security policies.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc in IT or CS is required.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of IT/ITES project experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Zyxel).
• Manage LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
• Provide L1/L2 support for network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Assist with server maintenance, patching, and endpoint security.
• Perform network monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Maintain IT assets and follow client security policies.
