Job summary

Quadeye, one of the leading India-based proprietary trading firms, is hiring Network Engineers to establish and maintain a high-availability networking environment. The role focuses on ensuring maximum performance for users across colo, trading floors, office, and data centers.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, manage VPNs and firewalls, upgrade firmware, and support Linux-based servers in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in network engineering.
• Engineering degree in CS or related field.
• Expertise with VPNs and firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).
• Experience in routing and switching (VLANs, BGP, STP, EtherChannel).
• Exposure to Linux (Red Hat/Ubuntu) in production environments.
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python).
• Strong monitoring skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and network optimisation.
• Provide hands-on network support for production issues in colo/trading, office and data center environments.
• Support and administer firewall environments.
• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware release.
• Provide direct technical support of Linux and related technology in production/live trading environments.
