Job summary

SOTI Inc in Gurgaon, India, seeks a highly skilled Quality Engineer – Network & Infrastructure to validate complex enterprise networking, connectivity and infrastructure within an Agile framework for world‑class EMM, network‑aware and mobility solutions.

Role requires hands‑on networking expertise, virtualization experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. Work with DevOps, Infrastructure, Network and Security teams in a fast‑paced, global‑reach environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise networking environments with strong exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft cloud networking solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using packet capture and network analysis tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, Fiddler or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, VPN, SSL/TLS and routing concepts.
• Knowledge of network security concepts and firewall policies.
• Experience with virtualization and lab setup using VMware, Hyper‑V, VirtualBox or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Knowledge of different Certificate Authorities and experience validating products in multi‑site, distributed and hybrid cloud networking environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Strong in Mobility (Android, iOS & Windows).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Quality Engineering Team as a network expert to build, test and ensure product quality remains paramount from a networking standpoint.
• Design, build and maintain complex enterprise‑like networking test environments that simulate real‑world customer deployments.
• Set up and maintain virtualized and containerized test labs for scalable QA validation, utilizing network constructs including LAN/WAN, VPN, Proxy, Firewall, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancer and Wi‑Fi based enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Network and Security teams to set up and troubleshoot QA environments.
• Validate application behavior under varying network conditions such as packet loss, latency, bandwidth throttling, failover and unstable connectivity.
• Monitor infrastructure health and ensure system availability during testing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
