Job summary

Genpact is seeking a senior network engineer to act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN and VPN issues, and implement firewall policies on Cisco ASA and Meraki.

You will automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform, and monitor performance with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Good years of experience in enterprise networking and SD-WAN administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall/SD-WAN management (Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, and automation using Ansible/Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Certifications: CCNP, Meraki CMSS, PCNSE, or AWS Networking Specialty.
