Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Network Analyst I to join our IT operations. You will work on routing and switching, manage Meraki switches and wireless, and coordinate with internal clients to define network requirements.

The role involves supporting Tier-1 network troubleshooting, handling escalations, performing RCA, and participating in change management per ITIL. Willingness to work 24x7 shifts and familiarity with SNOW is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of routing and switching; routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Hands-on with Meraki switches and wireless.
• SDWAN and wireless knowledge a plus.
• Palo Alto firewall knowledge a plus.
• JNCIA certification.
• Troubleshooting Juniper and Meraki devices.
• Experience in Tier-1 support and RCA with SLA handling.
• Able to coordinate with internal clients for network requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ITIL processes, CAB meetings and change approvals.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ServiceNow.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts.

Network Analyst I

• Having good knowledge on Routing and Switching, knows routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.
• Hands on experience on Meraki Switches and Wireless.
• SDWAN & Wireless knowledge would be added advantage.

• Having good troubleshooting skills on Juniper & Meraki Network devices.
• Experience in Tier-1 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalation, Root-cause analysis (RCA) and SLA's
• Should be able to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements.
• Ability to multi-task effectively, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• CAB Meeting handling with offshore, onshore & change management team for implementing changes on production & change approvals per ITIL procedures.
• Familiarity with ITSM & SNOW (Service Now) ticketing tools.
• Ready to work 24*7 shifts.
