Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Network Analyst I to support routing, switching, Meraki wireless and SD-WAN environments. The role requires hands-on expertise with Meraki and Juniper/ Palo Alto devices, ITIL processes, and strong communication with internal clients.

This position may involve 24x7 shifts and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable network services. Experience in Tier-1 support and incident handling, RCA, and SLA management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of routing and switching with OSPF and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki switches and wireless.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and wireless solutions is a plus.
• Palo Alto firewall knowledge is a plus.
• JNCIA certification.
• Experience with Juniper and Meraki network devices troubleshooting.
• Experience in Tier-1 support, network troubleshooting, escalation, RCA and SLA management.
• Ability to coordinate with internal clients to understand network requirements.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and CAB processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot network issues across routing, switching and wireless platforms.
• Handle escalations and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate CAB meetings with offshore/onshore teams for production changes.
• Maintain ITSM/ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely updates.
• Support 24x7 operations and on-call rotations.

Network Analyst I

• Having good knowledge on Routing and Switching, knows routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.
