Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Delhi is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to configure and manage Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco ASA and Ruckus devices, ensuring secure VPNs, proper routing and reliable wireless.

The role involves 24x7 US-based support, night shifts, and close cooperation with OEM vendors. Candidates should have 4–5 years in network administration and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• 4 to 5 years hands-on network administration experience.
• Strong experience with Fortinet/FortiGate, Cisco ASA and Ruckus.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Excellent English communication for US customer support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate & Cisco ASA firewalls, including VPN, NAT, ACLs and security policies.
• Manage Ruckus WLAN controllers/APs, SSIDs and wireless connectivity.
• Administer LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS/DHCP and network troubleshooting.
• Manage IPSec/SSL VPNs and resolve network/security incidents within SLA.
• Provide technical support to US customers via calls, email and ticketing tools.
• Perform network monitoring, upgrades, patching, RCA and documentation.
• Coordinate with Fortinet, Cisco & Ruckus OEM support.
• Participate in US/night shifts, 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
