dotSolved, headquartered in Silicon Valley USA, is seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, aligning priorities with Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

You will drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide both functional and technical aspects of NetSuite implementations for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NetSuite experience with 10+ full-cycle implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of core financials and at least one area: Revenue Recognition, Multi-Book Accounting, OneWorld, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics/SuiteQL, CSV/data imports, and integration patterns.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or functional lead in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business strategy.

• Balance competing demands from Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

Position: NetSuiteTechno Functional Consultant

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

KeyResponsibilities:

• Own the NetSuite product vision,roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned to business strategy
• Run backlog grooming, sprint planning,and release planning; write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Balance competing demands from Finance,Sales Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders usingvalue-based prioritization

Functional leadership

• Act as the subject matter expert acrossNetSuite modules such as GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management,Multi-Book Accounting, Multi-Subsidiary/OneWorld, Procurement, Inventory,and Order-to-Cash
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gapanalysis, and process redesign workshops
• Recommend standard NetSuitefunctionality over customization wherever possible
• Own UAT strategy, test scripts, andbusiness sign-off for each release

Technical leadership

• Partner with developers and integrationteams on SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), RESTlets,and SuiteApps
• Review solution designs, saved searches,custom records, workflows, and data models for scalability andmaintainability
• Oversee integrations (e.g., CRM,banking, payroll, tax, EDI, data warehouse) and data migration/cleansingactivities
• Manage the sandbox strategy, releasemanagement, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) deployments in linewith governance standards

Governance andoperations

• Manage NetSuite biannual releasereadiness (regression testing, new feature evaluation)
• Maintain roles, permissions, andsegregation-of-duties controls with Internal Audit and Compliance
• Manage vendor and implementation partnerrelationships, including SOWs, hours, and deliverables

RequiredQualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on NetSuiteexperience, including at least 10+ full-cycle implementations or majorenhancement programs
• Strong functional knowledge of corefinancials and at least one of: Revenue Recognition, Multi-BookAccounting, OneWorld, Supply Chain, or Procurement
• Working technical proficiency:SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics/SuiteQL, CSV/dataimports, and integration patterns
• Proven experience in a product owner,business analyst, or functional lead role using Agile/Scrum or hybriddelivery
• Ability to write clear user stories,functional specifications, and technical requirement documents
• Excellent stakeholder management andcommunication skills, from executives to developers
