Job summary

SuiteMatrix is seeking a NetSuite Functional / Finance Consultant to implement, configure, support, and optimize Oracle NetSuite solutions for finance requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with clients and internal teams across deployments and optimizations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting, ERP Consulting, Finance Systems, or Accounting Operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and its financial modules.
• Knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and financial reporting.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite functional solutions.
• Analyze finance and accounting processes and map them to NetSuite functionality.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Configure subsidiaries, departments, locations, classes, accounting preferences, and financial settings.
• Configure and manage roles, permissions, workflows, forms, fields, and approval processes.
• Develop and support financial reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data analysis.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot NetSuite-related issues.
• Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide training and functional guidance to end users.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful NetSuite implementations and ongoing optimization.
