Job summary

4AT Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.

You will configure financial modules (P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets, Inventory), map business processes, design workflows, and prepare documentation for clients while ensuring SOX compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' hands-on NetSuite Functional experience in end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support.
• Experience in NetSuite testing, deployment, implementation, and requirements gathering.
• Expertise configuring financial modules: P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets, Inventory.
• Workflow design, business process mapping, and configuration per best practices.
• Proficient in SuiteScript for customization.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and process-control reporting.
• Gathering requirements, gap analysis, and designing client solutions.
• Prepare requirement docs, process design, and user manuals.
• Unit/integration/regression testing with robust test cases.
• Post-go-live support: document resolutions and share knowledge internally.
• Client-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Train and mentor key users to use NetSuite effectively.

NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location - Hyderabad (in office)

Exp. - 2 - 4 Years

CTC - 6 to 12LPA

Shift timing - Night shift (5:30 pm to 2:30 am)

• Hands-on experience of 2 to 4 years as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, managing end-to-end implementation and post-implementation support.
• Software testing/ Deployment/ Implementation/ Business requirement gathering of NetSuite application.
• Expertise in configuring financial modules, including P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), Fixed Assets, and Inventory Management.
• Proven experience in workflow design, business process mapping, and application configuration aligned with industry best practices.
• Proficient in SuiteScripting for customization and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, including report generation and configuration for process control.
• Capable of gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions that meet client needs.
• Skilled in preparing detailed requirement documentation, process design, and user manuals for effective implementation and training.
• Conduct comprehensive software testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing, while developing robust test cases for implemented modules.
• Provide seamless post-go-live support by addressing client issues, documenting resolutions, and sharing knowledge with the internal team.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering process improvements and solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor key users, enabling them to utilize NetSuite applications effectively.
• Deliver exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a client-facing individual contributor role.

Preferred candidate profile

Exp - 2 to 4 years

B.Com, B-tech, or Masters in Computers and Management, OR CA drop-out preferred.

Strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Client Facing experience with end-to-end implementation and post-implementation support exp.
