Caravel BPM Technology Solutions seeks an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Financials to lead complex financial ERP engagements for enterprise clients. You will run discovery workshops, design scalable NetSuite Financials solutions, and coordinate end-to-end implementations across GL, AR, AP, COA, and consolidation modules.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proven leadership of functional teams, and collaboration with pre-sales to drive solution architecture and proposals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience with Financials.
• Hands-on NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and ARM.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Financials with deep functional expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Multi-Entity/OneWorld, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will lead complex client engagements, drive financial transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise organizations with multi-entity and global operations.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional consulting expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to mentor consulting teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives.

• Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required Qualification

• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials.
• Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.

• Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, payroll, banking, tax, or third-party financial systems.
• Consulting or professional services background.
