As our clients are based across different geographies, candidates should be comfortable collaborating with international teams and working with timezone overlaps whenever required. While our work culture offers flexibility, the role requires adaptability to support global client engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting (Core Expertise)

• Lead and support implementation of NetSuite Financial Modules, including:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Multi-currency and Multi-subsidiary accounting
• Translate statutory accounting, management accounting, and reporting requirements into NetSuite configurations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Design chart of accounts, financial structures, and period close processes

Finance & Domain:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
• Ability to translate business requirements into into NetSuite configurations
• Act as the functional point of contact during the project

Consulting & Client:

• Confident in leading client discussions, workshops, and UAT sessions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment

Candidate Prerequisites:

We are specifically looking for candidates with a Finance, CA, or CMA background who are passionate about building a career in ERP consulting and business technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/CMA with Articleship plus a minimum of 1 year of post-articleship experience, or
• Finance graduates with 2-4 years of corporate or consulting experience in finance, accounting, audit, ERP, or business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes.
• Prior ERP exposure is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with a strong finance foundation and willingness to learn ERP consulting are encouraged to apply.
• Experience interacting with clients or business stakeholders is preferred.
• Exposure to international clients is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with global clients and flexible enough to accommodate timezone overlaps when required.
