Caravel BPM Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Services/SRP to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for professional services organizations, with deep expertise in SRP and ARM.

This client-facing leadership role requires strong consulting experience, project delivery acumen, and the ability to mentor onshore and offshore teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience with strong Services/SRP implementations.
• Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP).
• Experience in Project Management, Project Accounting, and ARM with Revenue Recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Services/SRP implementations for professional services clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops; translate client requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules: SRP, Project Management, Project Accounting, Resource Planning & Allocation, Time & Expense, Project Billing, Subscription Billing, ARM, Revenue Recognition.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities; mentor teams; advise on best practices.
• Support pre-sales via discovery, demonstrations, effort estimation, and solution architecture.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Services/SRP with deep functional expertise in NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will lead complex client engagements for professional services organizations, driving solution design, implementation, and optimization of service delivery, resource management, project accounting, and subscription/revenue management processes.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong consulting experience, project delivery expertise, and the ability to mentor consulting teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Services/SRP implementations for professional services organizations.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules related to:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, reporting, and third-party applications.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience, with strong expertise in Services/SRP implementations.
• Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP)
• Extensive knowledge with Project Management, Project Accounting, Resource Planning & Allocation Time & Expense Management, Project Billing, Subscription Billing, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Revenue Recognition
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of professional services, business processes and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Proven experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
• Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations.
• Nice to have: working knowledge of Deltek

Preferred Skills:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite OpenAir, PSA, or related professional services solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Reporting.
• Exposure to OneWorld, Multi-Entity implementations, and integrations with CRM or financial systems.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development.
