Storage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Storage Administrator to manage and maintain our storage infrastructure. The key responsibilities include:

1. Perform storage allocation, deallocation, decommissioning, and zoning as per requirements.
2. Configure and manage SnapMirror / SnapVault replication between NetApp clusters.
3. Operate and recover snapshots effectively.
4. Create and delete snapshots, extend volume and LUN sizes.
5. Respond to critical and non-critical storage events, prioritizing tasks appropriately.
6. Reclaim unused or unwanted storage space.
7. Report on storage utilization and consumption, including historical trending, using OCUM / Performance Manager.
