Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a senior Solution Architect- .Net Architect to lead architecture for Microsoft stack projects in Hyderabad. The role requires 13+ years of development and architectural experience and deep Azure cloud expertise.

You will work as an individual contributor on complex solutions, including APIs, microservices, and modern UI frameworks. Hands-on experience with GenAI and Azure AI Foundry is highly valued, as is proficiency with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional Microsoft development and architectural experience.
• 4+ years of Azure cloud experience.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core.
• This is an Individual Contributor role.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud Solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), Azure Entra, App Services, Azure Functions, APIM, Azure SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of agentic AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and a demonstrated ability to use them to accelerate development, improve quality, and streamline engineering workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft AI & ML including hands on experience with Azure AI Foundry
• Extensive experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Relational Database Design
• Extensive experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular / Vue / React / Blazor / Web Assembly)
• Experience with GenAI
• Extensive experience with API's, Microservices development and integration
• Experience with SSIS, ETL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric.
• Expert knowledge of common Architectural Patterns and Cloud Native development

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior IC shaping Microsoft tech architecture for projects.
• Lead design and implementation across Azure cloud solutions.
• Collaborate on API, microservices development and integration.
• Evaluate and apply GenAI tools to accelerate development and quality.
• Design relational data models using MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Work with modern UI frameworks (Angular/Vue/React/Blazor).
